What We Ask
Brief, structured feedback for each session, including what landed, what didn’t, and what shifted. We’ll guide you through it.
A 3-month commitment to start, so we can see how change holds over time.

Who It's Not For
Anyone looking for supervision or training on their client work. BrainFirst certification programs and CPD workshops cover that. NCC Lab sessions are for your own personal and professional growth.

Ramon David, MSc
Ramon is the founder of BrainFirst® Institute, and the creator and author of Neuroconstructionist Coaching. Ramon holds a Masters degree in Neuroscience and has conducted research across several domains of human psychology and behavior. He has 15,000+ hours of coaching, training and mentoring experience, and has trained thousands of coaches and professionals.
